A professional services organisation in Guildford. Due to growth, a HR Administrator is required on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will provide full administrative support to the Senior HR platform and the wider HR team. In this role you will work autonomously, maintaining communications with global offices and the overall HR, Payroll, Benefits and systems teams. You will operate in a timely and efficient manner maintaining high standards at all times. You will prioritise your workload effectively and be able to use you initiative to liaise with people at all levels in a professional manner, and to produce high quality work which is turned around quickly and accurately.
What you'll need to succeed
Some previous experience gained within a HR environment. The ability to demonstrate a can do attitude and a desire to drive your personal development forward during the role.
What you'll get in return
Up to £22K pa plus benefits.
