Reward and Benefits Business Partner
A Reward and Benefits Business Partner is required for a 12 month contract in Sheffield. This role is required to start as soon as possible however applications from candidates on 4 weeks notice are welcomed.
A leading professional services business in Sheffield that have major development plans over the next 5 years. This is an exciting time to be joining a very professional and forward thinking organisation.
As the Reward and Benefits Business Partner you will be responsible for assisting in the development and management of the Company reward strategy as well as the full pension's benefit service to approximately 4,500 active and deferred members.
The successful Reward and Benefits Business Partner will have:
- previously worked in a similar position - ESSENTIAL
- a generalist reward and specialist pensions background - ESSENTIAL
- strong IT and reporting skills - ESSENTIAL
- excellent written and verbal communication skills - ESSENTIAL
- worked within a professional services environment - DESIRABLE
This is a 12 month fixed term contract based in Sheffield paying up to £50,000
