Disputes are a fact of organisational life

Posted on by

In this third and final video, I note that disputes are a fact of organisational life and those involved hope they will disappear without any attempt to resolve them.

I explore how mediation can be used to resolve disputes before they spiral out of control.

I comment on how handling disputes can become an expensive dance, in terms of legal fees, management time and unnecessary procedures, leading to litigation or an expensive settlement.

I conclude with some wise words from the late Bob Hoskins.
