The MP and Great Britain's most successful Paralympic swimmer (along with his lovingly dedicated guide dog, Lottie) shared his incredible story of unexpectedly going blind overnight at the age of 14 and how his determination smashed all the social silos presented to him – including going to Cambridge University and directing a team of over 170,000 employees and volunteers to deliver the 2012 London Paralympics.
