Deep breathing

In a stressful situation taking a few deep breaths will bring relief and calmness. This has been shown to reduce cortisol levels.

Meditation

This will bring ‘mental silence’ and can help alleviate the pressure.

Laughing

This may sound difficult in a stressful moment, but laughing aloud is a proven technique!
